Insightful and interesting
"Fascinating podcast: a really interesting interview which tackled some very complex issues in depth and with subtlety, but incredibly engagingly delivered so it’s not at all dry. Can’t wait to hear more episodes!"
"Easily the most engrossing podcast dedicated to artists and their art, this show is also an archival treasure trove of the thinking and process of artists of African descent. Full marks a around."

In Episode 10, we speak with Victor Ehikhamenor, a Nigerian artist who creates paintings, drawings, and installations. Victor recently exhibited in the Nigerian pavilion at the 2017 Venice Biennale, where his work explored the themes of identity, history and spirituality. As a continuation of his series at the Venice Biennale, his current body of works reference the imagery and symbolism of both Edo traditions and Catholicism.
